I am a corporate finance transactions lawyer trained in tax and securities regulation. I am typically involved in equity and debt financings of small and middle market companies, but have occasionally been asked to represent one or more parties in $500 million + sized deals. Chad is a midwest transplant who fell in love with Colorado's blue skies and great outdoors. Prior to law, he served as a pararescue candidate and crew-chief in the United States Air Force in Japan, Korea, the Phillipines, Texas, and Virginia and also worked in financial planning and banking.
