My background as a Registered Nurse has provided me with enhanced skills and experience in mental health and juvenile law.

I am an intellectual property and business attorney in Denver. While much of my experience involves civil litigation and business transactions, my primary interests are in patent prosecution, copyright and trademark protection, and intellectual property litigation. Additionally, I assist my clients with contract negotiations, liability assessment, and business strategy planning.

In my 40+ years' experience as a transaction attorney, I have formed and counseled numerous public and private companies in diverse industries. I have negotiated, drafted and reviewed thousands of commercial agreements. Charles is a former Deputy D.A., Assistant U.S. Attorney, and was the head of Denver City Attorney Office Litigation section.
