I am a principal in an 11 member law firm and I have been practicing for 30 years. I concentrate my practice on bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, restructurings, and business disputes . I represent individuals and small to medium size businesses in a variety of legal proceedings . I have confirmed reorganzation plans for many dozens of individuals and businesses in the District of Conn. bankruptcy courts and have counselled people through the difficult process of financial restructuring.

Todd advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent prosecution, IP related agreements and opinion work.
