I was an active participant on the University of Georgia Debate Team throughout my undergrad years, and I became the Captain of the debate team my Junior and Senior years. I received my B.A. from the University of Georgia graduating with honors in 1970. Michael D. Hurtt – Managing Attorney Mike Hurtt has practiced law for over 35 years at the same location in Dalton, GA, specializing in consumer defense and bankruptcy law. He has defended clients in hundreds of collection and deficiency balance lawsuits and he has filed thousands of successful bankruptcy cases.
