Mr. Cracken represents individuals and businesses in the prosecution of class actions, mass actions, and related multidistrict litigation (MDLs). He serves as coordinating counsel, often responsible for (1) evaluating his client's options, (2) recruiting a team of law firms to jointly represent his client in the prosecution of his client's individual or representative claims, and (3) coordinating the related litigation from start to finish.
