While earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Arous garnered ample experience in healthcare management and held leadership positions at various renowned healthcare organizations, served as a hospital board member, and presented as a guest lecturer on Title 22/Policy Law at USC Leonard David School of Gerontology. To combine her passion for advocating in law and healthcare, Arous pursued a Juris Doctorate degree. Sarah Madan has been committed to the Plaintiff’s Bar throughout her career. She takes pride and is humbled to be an advocate for those seeking justice. She works on behalf of California employees in both class actions and Private Attorneys General Act representative claims. Her experience includes individual discrimination, workers compensation, and personal injury cases. Ms. Madan has extensive civil litigation experience including mediations and trials. Sarah Madan was selected as a Rising Star for 2024 by Super Lawyers. Prior to joining Blackstone Law, Sarah graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Rogers is a litigator and trial lawyer, whose primary emphasis is employment disputes wrongful termination and discrimination, eminent domain, major personal injuries, civil litigation and independent sales representatives litigation. Mr. Rogers has a blend of facilitative skills and hands-on leadership experience that makes him ideally suited as a litigation attorney, negotiator and mediator. Ms. Wiens is an experienced litigator with more than a decade of experience handling employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing workers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. Ms. Wiens started her career at a boutique plaintiff-side law firm, specializing in representing individuals injured by defective drugs and medical devices. She then worked at a few preeminent defense firms, including an Amlaw 100 firm that is considered by many in the legal community to be the premier firm for employer-side labor and employment law.
