I am an employment and general business attorney with experience in transactional and litigation work. In my transactional practice, I advise businesses regarding contract interpretation, compliance with laws, and draft business related agreements. I audit businesses for compliance with federal and state employment laws, develop preventive policies, handbooks, employment agreements, and other employment documents to avoid employment claims and litigation. In my litigation practice, I draft pleadings and law in motion, conduct depositions, and attend hearings.

Mr. Dzida is both an accomplished litigator and an experienced transactional attorney. He has served as lead trial attorney in over one hundred court and jury trials, and the decisions in many of his appellate cases have been published in the official reports. In June 2019, I was honored to be nominated as a public member of the Discovery Task Force Committee (DTFC) of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
