Charles Herman grew up in Sylvania, Ohio and joined the military after graduating from Sylvania Southview High School in 1993. After serving four (4) years he was honorably discharged in 1998. Mr. Herman then attended undergraduate college at Virginia Tech and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning. In 2002 he moved back home to Toledo, Ohio and started law school at the University of Toledo, College of Law where he graduated from in 2005, graduating with a Certificate of Environmental Law. Jesse has spent his entire professional career representing employees who have experienced workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Jesse represents plaintiff's who have experienced any form of discrimination at work, including sexual harassment, racial harassment, LGBTQ discrimination, pay discrimination, retaliation, or discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender, sex, race, national origin, religion, gender identify, and sexual orientation. Jesse attended Savannah Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Savannah Law Review and as a law clerk in Georgia’s Eastern Judicial Circuit Superior Court.
