We are litigators. We are attorneys who help Massachusetts employees that are owed overtime, unpaid wages, or have other issues at work. We help people misclassified as "independent contractors" recoup the benefits of employment - as well as pursuing general civil litigation across a wide array of topics.

I have been handling employment law cases for over 25 years. My practice is limited to representing employees. Our firm focuses on wage and hour issues (including tips violations, unpaid wages or commissions, overtime, misclassification) and discrimination cases.
