Attorney Dylan Tessier practices U.S. immigration law exclusively, focusing her practice on family petitions, employment-based visas, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, naturalization, VAWA petitions for survivors of battery and/or extreme cruelty, and U Visas for victims of crime. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.
