I am a family law and bankruptcy attorney. Before being licensed to practice law in Florida, I was in the legal industry for nearly twenty years. I bring experience, knowledge, and determination to my practice. I fight for my clients and ensure they understand the entire process from start to finish. Blake Paul has been a civil trial attorney since 1996. His trial practice includes commercial litigation and business break-ups, personal injury and wrongful death, and other civil disputes. Blake has appeared as lead counsel in the courts of twenty-two of Florida's sixty-seven counties as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern District of Florida and the Western District of Kentucky. Blake has also handled appellate cases in Florida's Second District Court of Appeals, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.

Daniel is native Floridian, a United States Navy Veteran and a retired Highlands County Deputy Sheriff. Daniel served as a Police Officer for City of Sebring and before that was a Police Officer for Town of Arcadia.

Daniel has worked as a consultant and legal advisor for a local construction firm, and has provided legal services to several local businesses. Daniel has also served as an active member the City of Sebring Planning and Zoning board.
