Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.

After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.
