In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. Prior to beginning her appellate practice, Kelly L. Rooth was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul H. Roney, Circuit Court Judge of the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Ms. Rooth was a commercial litigation associate at Holland & Knight LLP and Trenam Kemker P.A. where she practiced civil litigation, including business torts, contracts, unfair trade practices, and creditors' rights. Ms. Rooth is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

Vanette Augustin is a savvy Bilingual (Haitian Creole) attorney who has been successfully practicing since 2009 in the areas of Family Law, Immigration Law, and Estate Planning. Over the last 15 years, she has handled hundreds of cases and have assisted countless families navigate the legal system. She is a mother of two daughters who are the joys of her life.
