I practice exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law in the State of Florida, including original dissolution of marriage actions, modification actions, enforcement actions, and appeals concerning Marital and Family Law.

I am admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. I am a member of The Florida Bar, and the Canakaris American Inn of Court

Chase earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees at Stetson University College of Law in 2021, where he graduated Valedictorian of his class, with Magna Cum Laude honors. Chase also earned his Business Law Concentration and was a Senior Associate of Stetson Law Review. While in law school Chase earned a 4.0 high grade distinction in the following courses: Property Law, Business Entities, Federal Income Taxation I, Administrative Law, Sales and Leases, and Products Liability.
