In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.

After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

I am a business law attorney focusing on small companies, start-ups and non-profits. I also assist foreign entrepreneurs with their immigration needs in starting a business.

Shawn DeVries’ professional accomplishments represent the diverse knowledge, skills and abilities he has acquired on his professional journey. DeVries attended and graduated from Valencia Community College (AS), University of Central Florida (BS), NOVA Southeastern University (MBA) and Florida Coastal School of Law (Juris Doctor).
