Ms. Rooth was a commercial litigation associate at Holland & Knight LLP and Trenam Kemker P.A. where she practiced civil litigation, including business torts, contracts, unfair trade practices, and creditors' rights. Alyssa Castelli, Esq. is an associate attorney for Spire Law based out of our Orlando, Florida office. She is experienced in advising clients in healthcare compliance, intellectual property, and litigation issues. She helps businesses and business owners throughout the United States on trademark issues, including trademark filings, trademark litigation and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable.
