Our practice is located in Milton, Florida, which is my home town. Therefore, I especially enjoy practicing in and around this area and find helping people very rewarding.

Kate Hauser represents clients throughout the United States in long term disability claims, ERISA claims, as well as Social Security Disability claimants in and around the Pensacola, Florida area. In 2012, Kate graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in political science and criminology, with a minor in business. She received a Juris Doctorate from Florida State College of Law in 2015.

I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1978 and have been a member of the District of Columbia Bar since 1979 and of the Florida Bar since 1984. I am a sole practitioner and handle all family and marital matters, including divorce, modification of divorce decrees, child custody, paternity, relative adoptions, and appeals involving family law matters. As a former Navy Judge Advocate General, I am very experienced in military divorces and won a case of first impression before the Florida Supreme Court in regard to military retirement benefits.

Mark Proctor is the president of Levin Papantonio Rafferty. He completed his undergraduate work at Emory University and the University of Florida, receiving his degree from the University of Florida in 1972, and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1975.
