Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.

Clint has been heavily involved in politics, having been nominated to be a candidate for US Congress in both Florida and California. Clint was instrumental in exposing government corruption. He also exposed the inherent vulnerabilities of non-verifiable electronic voting machines. He has testified about these problems across the country as well as before a Congressional Committee examining the issue. He has been featured in over a dozen films, documentaries and books. Clint has also worked with community groups assisting in the restoration of civil rights as well as professionals in “The Soldiers Project” which provide much needed help to military...

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.
