Alyssa Castelli, Esq. is an associate attorney for Spire Law based out of our Orlando, Florida office. She is experienced in advising clients in healthcare compliance, intellectual property, and litigation issues. She helps businesses and business owners throughout the United States on trademark issues, including trademark filings, trademark litigation and responding to office actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. Prior to beginning her appellate practice, Kelly L. Rooth was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul H. Roney, Circuit Court Judge of the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Ms. Rooth was a commercial litigation associate at Holland & Knight LLP and Trenam Kemker P.A. where she practiced civil litigation, including business torts, contracts, unfair trade practices, and creditors' rights. Ms. Rooth is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
