I have been practicing in the metro Atlanta area since 1993. My focus is on family law, both contested and uncontested litigation. Additionally, I do some limited areas of family immigration, naturalizations, religious worker visas and entertainerment visas. My goal is to help client achieve their goals in a cost effective manner. I grew up in Savannah, Georgia and moved to Atlanta in 1986. I graduated from Emory University and Georgia State University College of Law.

Alicia Luncheon graduated law school in 2015, working first as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Chief Judge of the Newton/Walton superior court, then for another local immigration law firm. She first met Marshall Cohen in law school, when he spoke to her immigration law class. Majoring in Spanish, Alicia was drawn to the complexities of immigration law, feeling it would connect to her criminal defense work and allow her to help individuals and families.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Liann started out as a passport official at the PR Department of State. After seven years, she decided she needed a change and pursued law school, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2012. That same year, she was admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico.
