I have been practicing corporate law since 1998. I spent the first 10 years of my career working for large law firms, serving as corporate counsel to a venture capital fund, and serving as corporate counsel to a publicly trading company. Now, I serve start-up and small business owners in my office at Atlantic Station.

Mr. Cirino, originally a mechanical engineer, began his career working for a major automaker. He returned to school to pursue a legal education.
