I represent individuals and businesses in various civil litigation matters, including select domestic relations and personal injury cases, as well as do a general practice. I also have been active in Henry County in public service activities and have served on multiple Boards including the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Haven House (Henry County's domestic violence shelter), Leadership Henry, the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and am currently the President of Hands of Hope, which provides indigent medical services to residents of Henry County.

I work exclusively with start-up and small business owners. I help business owners start a business, buy a business, sell a business and raise capital. I have been practicing corporate law since 1998. I spent the first 10 years of my career working for large law firms, serving as corporate counsel to a venture capital fund, and serving as corporate counsel to a publicly trading company. Now, I serve start-up and small business owners in my office at Atlantic Station.

Mr. Cirino, originally a mechanical engineer, began his career working for a major automaker. He returned to school to pursue a legal education. After successfully completing law school, Mr. Cirino worked in both public service prosecuting patent applications for university professors and at a major law firm.
