I have extensive experience in several areas of the law; however, a majority of my practice involves representing clients injured in traffic accidents, medical malpractice and other injury cases where victims have suffered serious injury or death. My knowledge of real estate law, collections, probate law and procedure helps me help my clients in several aspects of injury cases. Whether researching the owner of property in premise liability cases or the probate court procedure necessary to settle a minor child's injury case, my broad knowledge base is instrumental in getting cases resolved with satisfactory results.

Originally from Texas, Robert first arrived in Atlanta in 1995 to attend Emory University as an undergrad, graduating early with a B.A. in 1998. Having come to call Atlanta his home, Robert subsequently earned his J.D., with honors, and his M.B.A. in 2001 from the College of Law and the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University. Michael D. Hurtt – Managing Attorney Mike Hurtt has practiced law for over 35 years at the same location in Dalton, GA, specializing in consumer defense and bankruptcy law. Frank W. Hicks III, Esq., after graduating from Mercer Law School in 2002, began working as a prosecutor where he oversaw the traffic division. He then moved over to the Public Defender’s office where he worked for over a decade. He has resolved thousands of criminal cases, ranging from traffic tickets to murder and has over 100 jury trials. Frank draws upon his past experience as a deputy sheriff to assist his clients. Frank is admitted to practice in state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the Georgia Supreme Court.

Deborah H. Harris is an experienced litigator who has practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia for over thirty-eight years. Ms. Harris has represented hundreds of employers and their insurance companies all over the state.
