Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world’s most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). Born in Beirut, Lebanon. Attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to receive his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri – Columbia Law School. Additionally, Mr. Elkhalil is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Fluent in Arabic, Mr. Elkhalil is extremely active in his community and participates in a variety of community, cultural, and civil rights organizations.

I grew up in Toledo, Ohio. I went to college at Miami (OH) University. I then went to Wake Forest University School of Law.

I have been practicing law since 2001. For more than 14 years, my practice focused on representing companies and insurers in personal injury actions. My specialty was defending truck drivers, motor carriers, and their insurers. I enjoyed the legal work the cases’ results often left me empty and unfulfilled. In 2015, I transformed my practice.
