Jerry Scatena graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1972. He graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University College of Law in 2008 receiving an LL.M. degree in international law. He has over 35 years of experience as both a personal injury litigator, family law practitioner and real estate counsel serving as general counsel for multi-national corporations. William Dean is a 2008 of the University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law. Glen T. Hale has practiced law on Kauai for eighteen years.
