My practice emphasizes general civil litigation, debtor and creditor relations, real estate, trucking and transportation law, and business law.

I mainly represent clients with their business and bankruptcy needs. Most of my work relates to helping clients organize, reorganize, buy/sell and merge companies. I expect that no attorney in the state of Idaho has more experience with complex mergers and acquisitions.

Nathan received his B.A in Spanish from Idaho State University in 2007 and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2013. While in law school Nathan worked for Boise City Attorney’s Office handling both criminal and civil matters, and externed as a law clerk for Federal District Judge, B. Lynn Winmill.
