In personal, academic, and professional aspects of my life, I have always had an interest in international and cultural affairs. As a child of Turkish and Mexican parents, I was reared in a multi-cultural household, resulting in my conversational use of Spanish and Turkish languages. My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. My commitment toward immigrants and the rights of the undocumented is unwavering. I remain dedicated to the cause of Human Rights and apply that to my daily work life.
