My mission is to promote justice and equality, using existing laws and creating additional laws to protect people's constitutional rights.

Judith Goodman focuses her practice on immigration law, including deportation defense, family visas, and citizenship. She is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas and in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Judith received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and spent her first 3 years as a lawyers assisting judges. She then worked in a civil law firm, and has been concentrating on immigration since 2002. Judith speaks Spanish fluently, and the majority of her clients are Spanish-speakers, but she assists clients of all nationalities.

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Attorney Abner Pinedo was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States with his family in the early 90s. Mr. Pinedo is licensed to practice law in the state of California, where he has been a member of the bar since December 2016. Mr. Pinedo holds both a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University's School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, he earned two Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics and Anthropology. Kreetee Dutta is a founding partner of the Luminary Law Group, PC. She was born in New Delhi, India and immigrated to the United States at the age of twelve. She is trilingual and fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Her unique background coupled with her extensive experience equips her with specialized knowledge and understanding of her clients’ immigration needs. As a child of Turkish and Mexican parents, I was reared in a multi-cultural household, resulting in my conversational use of Spanish and Turkish languages.
