I have been helping individuals, families and small businesses transition a move from their home countries to the United States. I am an immigration attorney who has been practicing immigration and naturalization law for the past twenty (20) years. I have a wide swath of experience with many different types of immigration matters.

Attorney Margo Chernysheva earned her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. She is a chair of Fee Dispute Committee at the Nevada State Bar, and a chair emerita of the Nevada chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Attorney Margo is a licensed Specialist in Immigration Law and was named one of the Ten Best Immigration Attorneys for 2018-2020 by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. She is fluent in Russian and Armenian, and her staff is fluent in a variety of languages.

Prior to being hired with the INS through the Honors Program, served as Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Justice Thomas Steffen of the Nevada Supreme Court. Graduated from George Washington Law School, With Honors, in 1995. Also practice in the areas of Business and Personal Injury. Extensive experience in company formation, contract drafting and counseling businesses.
