I decided to open my own family friendly law firm in South Bend, Indiana. I understand the special needs of family law clients as well as those who are going through financial difficulties and have a need for debt collection assistance and bankruptcy services. I have my own family and decided this was the best way to meet the needs of my family while serving the needs of others.

Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

A trial lawyer, Robert T. Keen has extensive experience handling cases in state and federal courts across the State of Indiana for insurance companies, businesses and governmental entities. He focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability and employment litigation. Marcus A. Heminger concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business law and securities law.
