I have spent my career representing individuals and families throughout Iowa in personal injury and employment law claims. In 2017, after 12 years at a successful firm in Cedar Rapids, I started my own law firm, Ann Brown Legal, where we help our clients navigate the legal system from the beginning of a case all the way through the appeal process if necessary.

I grew up in Strawberry Point where my family still resides. Since graduating from the University Of Iowa College Of Law in 2007 I have worked in Waterloo, where I have also become involved in my church and local bar association. While I practice in the areas of child custody and dissolution of marriage, I also understand that persons with children are connected as a family. I therefore strive to work through these family issues with the long-term in mind. I continue to practice primarily in family law.

Josh is an Iowa native and grew up on a farm outside Sac City, Iowa. He attended Drake University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with honors. In 2014, Josh received a Juris Doctorate with honors from Drake University Law School.
