Estate Planning was always the area in which I wanted to practice and I took the courses in law school that would give me a solid background in this area of the law. Courses in Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Business Law, were very much a part of my curriculum. I graduated from the Washburn University Law School in December of 1982 and have practiced law in Kansas ever since. Tom Pyle was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas and the United States District Court of Kansas in 1996. Tom is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and received numerous awards and commendations while in law school, including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Torts, Business Entities, Legal Malpractice, Interviewing and Counseling, and Banking Law, as well as the Wright and Greenhill Award for Torts from the Texas Supreme Court. After high school, I attended Kansas State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with an emphasis on Criminology, in 2013.
