Stephen Babcock was born and raised in Ruston, LA and is an active and passionate member of the Baton Rouge community. Originally studying as a title lawyer at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Scott was born and raised in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, and graduated from St. Stanislaus High School in 1998.
