I have been a trial lawyer for over thirty five years. I have tried many criminal jury trials including several murders and a death penalty case. I then expanded my practice to include personal injury and workers compensation in the late Eighties. since that time I have tried many personal injury jury trials and workers compensation appeals. My personal best verdict was a jury award of $2,055,000.00 for a client who had a leg amputation due to a doctor's negligence.

After spending over 5 years as a Securities Analyst for a Fortune 500 Financial Firm, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. I have been practicing law since 1981,initially licensed in Washington D.C., subsequently in Maryland in 1982and in Virginia in 1984. I am also admitted in all Federal Courts DC, Maryland and Virginia.My primary focus is on legal collections and creditor's rights for financial institutions, including major Federal Credit Unions. Additionally, I possess substantial experience in handling creditor's rights in bankruptcy cases, specifically under Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7.
