I have been a trial lawyer for over thirty five years. I have tried many criminal jury trials including several murders and a death penalty case. I then expanded my practice to include personal injury and workers compensation in the late Eighties. since that time I have tried many personal injury jury trials and workers compensation appeals. My personal best verdict was a jury award of $2,055,000.00 for a client who had a leg amputation due to a doctor's negligence.

Nearly 20 years of trial experience at the state and federal level handling complex civil and criminal cases. I have tried hundreds of cases before judges and juries. My current focus is representing railroad workers in personal injury cases under the Federal Employers Liability Act and in whistleblower cases under the the Federal Railroad Safety Act.
