Douglas S. Walker represents businesses in a variety of corporate matters. His practice includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and buy-sell agreements, and general business planning. Mr. Walker also represents individuals and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. His real estate practice includes representing clients in real estate development, financing, acquisition and the preparation and negotiation of declarations, easements and other real estate development documents. Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. In support of her clients' needs, Ms. Sausville combines her background and experience in science, public health and the law. Alon Nager graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
