Ben Middleton is a diligent and passionate criminal defense lawyer with a drive to represent individuals from all walks of life. Ben grew up in a multi-generational family of lawyers, but his passion fully bloomed while competing nationally with the University of Baltimore School of Law’s mock trial team.

He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015, where he specialized in litigation. Before starting at Price Benowitz, Ben worked as a litigation attorney in Lutherville, MD, where he represented defendants charged with assault, domestic violence, wire fraud, and a variety of other offenses.

I received my B.S. and M.S. at SUNY Stony Brook and my J.D. degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. I have been practicing law since 1981,initially licensed in Washington D.C., subsequently in Maryland in 1982and in Virginia in 1984. I am also admitted in all Federal Courts DC, Maryland and Virginia.My primary focus is on legal collections and creditor's rights for financial institutions, including major Federal Credit Unions. Additionally, I possess substantial experience in handling creditor's rights in bankruptcy cases, specifically under Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7.
