I am admitted to practice in Maryland, DC and Virginia, and have litigated cases in state and federal courts for over 22 years. My practice focuses on construction disputes, leasing and landlord-tenant matters and real estate litigation, including property tax appeals.

Marshall Yaap is a private practice family lawyer based in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. Alon Nager graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. He is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Bar, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to Law School, Mr. Nager graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from The State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Nager primarily focuses on areas in which he excels, such as bankruptcy, insolvency, debt settlement, and foreclosure.

Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .
