Charles currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury law, representing those injured on the job and those injured due to do someone else's negligence. His practice area covers the entire state of Maryland.

Mr. Schultz began his legal career representing municipal employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. With his knowledge of defense tactics and strategies, Charles now brings a unique perspective to the benefit of his clients. Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. In support of her clients' needs, Ms. Sausville combines her background and experience in science, public health and the law.
