I have been practicing law since 1981,initially licensed in Washington D.C., subsequently in Maryland in 1982and in Virginia in 1984. I am also admitted in all Federal Courts DC, Maryland and Virginia.My primary focus is on legal collections and creditor's rights for financial institutions, including major Federal Credit Unions. Additionally, I possess substantial experience in handling creditor's rights in bankruptcy cases, specifically under Chapter 11, Chapter 13, and Chapter 7.

Paul F. Kemp has practiced law in Maryland since 1974 and in the District of Columbia since 1976 and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the highest honor available to a trial lawyer. He has held an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell in excess of thirty years. Raised in Baltimore Maryland, Ms. Anukem holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh (2007) and received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School (2010).
