Charles currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury law, representing those injured on the job and those injured due to do someone else's negligence. His practice area covers the entire state of Maryland.

Mr. Schultz began his legal career representing municipal employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. With his knowledge of defense tactics and strategies, Charles now brings a unique perspective to the benefit of his clients. He frequently conducts seminars to local unions and workers, advising them of their legal rights under the workers' compensation laws of Maryland.

Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .

Jason Plotkin joined the Pinder Legal Team in 2012. He also teaches Business Law at Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland. Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. Alon Nager graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. He is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Bar, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania.
