I attended law school seeking to make the legal process less mysterious to non-lawyers. This philosophy still guides me now, over twenty five years later. I combine extensive legal experience and an understanding of the intensive role as a caregiver, especially to aging family members. My own caregiving experience informs my legal practice and the legal planning needed to provide the best possible outcome for families.

I have been handling employment law cases for over 25 years. My practice is limited to representing employees. Our firm focuses on wage and hour issues (including tips violations, unpaid wages or commissions, overtime, misclassification) and discrimination cases.
