I am an attorney licensed to practice in Massachusetts and before its state and federal courts. My specialties are; litigation, labor and employment law, collective bargaining, personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, real estate law including foreclosure defense, land use and zoning, administrative law, business law and corporate & LLC formation, wills, trusts & estates and municipal law. My practice includes serving in the roles of mediator and arbitrator. I also provide Courtroom Appearance Services for law-firms.

I graduated with a degree in political science from Northeastern University in 1992 and attended law school at Suffolk University graduating in 1995. After law school I served as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting cases throughout Worcester County. In 2003 I was appointed as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Worcester, where I focused on issues related to real estate, permitting and zoning.
