A native of Massachusetts, Matthew grew up in Mashpee on Cape Cod. With Kelsey & Trask, P.C., Matthew practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy, and business and civil litigation, and also handles cases involving family law, personal injury, debt collection, and conflict resolution both through the courts and through settlement.
