I graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. Since graduation, I have practiced Bankruptcy almost exclusively. Within the context of Bankruptcy, I also deal with predatory lending, mortgage modifications and similar issues. On November 6, 2006, I became the first bankruptcy lawyer in Massachusetts in the last twenty years to argue a case before the US Supreme Court.

With nearly 30 years of experience protecting patents and intellectual property, I support U.S. and international clients from my home office in Idaho, in collaboration with my team of attorneys and paralegals who also work from home offices. I specialize in patent protection for mechanical devices, engineering processes, and chemical compositions for Fortune 500 companies, early stage companies, and startups.
