I am a solo attorney working in Howell, MI. I am a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. For me, my practice is all about my clients. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.

Mr. Shaw has been serving the legal needs of Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne County families and businesses for over 25 years. After leading an investment banking firm, Charles R. Shaw established his private practice to focus specifically on his client's legal needs.
