Joseph S. Hughes is 1993 graduate of the State University of New York School of Law. He has been actively practicing law since. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. The practice is concenctrated in the area of immigration, sociala security disability, criminal defense, divorce and custody matters, insurance claims and personal taxation. A former Wayne County, Michigan, Assistant Prosecutor that handled major felonies for over three (3) years, winning about 87.5% of his major felony Jury Trials.

Since 1976 he has been in private practice at Kalamazoo County, Michigan, as well as appearing in cases in the State of Ohio, State of Texas, State of Florida and elsewhere.

He now practices with CLA/Conlon Law Associates at Portage, Michigan in a boutique law practice, successfully handling general family cases including divorces, custody disputes, real estate matter along with estate and trust drafting and associated litigation matters.

Scott Grabel is an experienced trial attorney with a strong history of positive results in drug, murder, criminal sexual conduct, and DUI/OWI cases. He has successfully argued cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals and has appeared as a commentator on Court TV's Best Defense for analysis of a murder case. Recently he was a guest on the Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Thomas M.
