I have five years of experience serving the people in criminal, divorce, child custody, bankruptcy, probate and other legal matters. I concentrate my practice in matter which help the working person.

I have been in practice since 1984 and exclusively represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Though licensed in Ohio and Illinois, I practice only in Michigan. My focus is providing clients whether debtors or select creditors a level of comfort and confidence that they are taking control.

Ms. Arnold graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Michigan State University. Prior to starting her own practice Ms. Arnold was an Associate Attorney at a boutique elder law firm, and also worked for several years in legal aid. In her current practice Ms. Arnold focuses in the areas of elder law, probate, and estate planning. She also regular presents and speaks on these issues.
