Since 1976 he has been in private practice at Kalamazoo County, Michigan, as well as appearing in cases in the State of Ohio, State of Texas, State of Florida and elsewhere.

He now practices with CLA/Conlon Law Associates at Portage, Michigan in a boutique law practice, successfully handling general family cases including divorces, custody disputes, real estate matter along with estate and trust drafting and associated litigation matters.

I am not in private practice. I work for the University of Michigan and do not take clients.

I represent clients in divorce, child custody, paternity and guardianship issues. My passion is assisting individuals during one of the toughest periods in their lives, when their marriage is coming to an end or child custody is at stake. I am an avid listener and I pride myself on my high standards of detail and client care. My first goal is always to utilize mediation or alternative dispute resolution to avoid the cost and stresses of litigation for clients.
