Nathan Piwowarski is a shareholder and attorney at McCurdy Wotila & Porteous, a law firm that serves northern lower Michigan. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.

I am a solo attorney working in Howell, MI. I am a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. For me, my practice is all about my clients. They depend on me for their needs, and I want to help them meet those needs. I entered the field of law because I wanted to help people, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to do that now.
